To start, I’m a first-time user of this type of mixer. I’ve seen them before and understood what they do, but I’ve never owned or used one until now. That said, don’t be discouraged, this machine is about as simple to use as it gets.Since the brand was new to me, I did a bit of research beforehand. The feedback was positive overall, with many people considering it a premium baking appliance offered at a more reasonable price compared to bigger, well-known brands. After using it, I can see why.The construction quality on this mixer is top-notch. It’s very heavy, which gives it a solid, durable feel. The 6-quart bowl is large, and the machine itself is quite big and substantial. I’m a fan of technology, so I really appreciate the color touchscreen on top. While it does attract fingerprints, it’s still a nice modern addition.I’ll be honest, the only part of the manual I read was the section explaining the attachments (it comes with three). Using the mixer itself was very straightforward. The large play/pause knob on the side acts as the power control: hold it to turn the unit on or off, press it once to start or pause, and rotate it to adjust speed or time. The touchscreen is bright, responsive, and easy to read.On the bottom, the mixer has strong suction cup feet that keep it firmly in place during operation. In fact, they grip so well that I had to apply some force to lift it off the countertop.Despite its powerful build, the mixer is impressively quiet. You mainly hear the sound of the attachments moving through the ingredients, while the motor itself is barely noticeable. Attaching and detaching the accessories is also very easy, just a simple twist and they lock into place. One thing worth mentioning is a discrepancy with the bowl measurements. The mixer is advertised as 6 quarts, but the bowl is labeled as 5 liters. While quarts and liters are very close in volume, the markings on the bowl are inconsistent. For example, the 160 oz marking (which equals 5 quarts) sits below the 5-liter mark. To be sure, I tested it with a measuring cup and found the markings to be off by about half a liter. That said, the bowl does appear to hold the full 6-quart capacity, it’s just the measurement labels that are inaccurate.Overall, this mixer is very well-built and feels premium. It’s easy to use, modern, powerful, and extremely quiet. Aside from the misaligned measurements on the bowl, it performs excellently and gets the job done efficiently. In the box, you get the mixer, three attachments, and the manual.
