Thank you for shopping at Hauswirt. We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

30-Day General Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. For general returns, the item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original packaging, labels, and tags strictly intact and included.

Exceptions for EU Consumers (14-Day Right of Withdrawal)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason and without justification. Under EU law, you are permitted to inspect and handle the item as you reasonably would in a physical store. However, please note that you may be held liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct the diminished value from your refund.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Please email our support team at support@hauswirt.com within your eligible return window to request a return.

  2. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and provide you with the designated return shipping address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

  3. Return Shipping Costs:

    • Non-Quality Issues (e.g., changed mind, wrong item ordered): You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.

    • Quality Issues (e.g., defective, damaged in transit, wrong item received): We will cover all return shipping costs and arrange a seamless return or offer a free replacement.

  4. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your full refund (minus any applicable diminished value for EU returns) to the original payment method within 3-7 business days.

Quality Issues & Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged during transit, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@hauswirt.com with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and offer a partial refund, full refund, or a free replacement depending on your preference and the item's condition.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier. If it is still missing, contact us. We will open a claim with the shipping company (this investigation typically takes about a week) and ensure the issue is resolved for you.

Order Cancellations

Because we pride ourselves on fast processing, orders are typically fulfilled and dispatched within 24 hours. 

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order for a full refund without penalty at any time before the item is shipped. If you wish to cancel, please contact us at support@hauswirt.com immediately (ideally within a few hours of placing the order).
  • After Dispatch: Once the order has left our warehouse, it cannot be intercepted. You will need to wait for the package to arrive and process a standard return. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs in this case.

Product Warranty

  • 12-Month Standard Warranty: All Hauswirt products include a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing and material defects.

  • What is NOT Covered: Purchases from unauthorized resellers, damage from misuse (drops, extreme temperatures, water damage), improper maintenance or installation, aftermarket modifications, and non-quality related issues after 30 days.
